Acceptable Use & Ethical Research Policy
Mandatory rules of engagement for using payloads, cheatsheets, and methodologies provided by TechnoFreaks Security Lab.
Notice: TechnoFreaks Security Lab does NOT provide automated attack services against third-party systems. All materials are educational and intended solely for authorized personnel.
1. Explicit Authorization Required
You may only test systems, networks, applications, or APIs for which you have received prior, written authorization from the legal owner. This includes:
- Formal penetration testing contracts with an agreed Statement of Work (SOW) and Rules of Engagement (ROE).
- Registered bug bounty programs operating within strictly defined program scopes (e.g., HackerOne, Bugcrowd, Intigriti).
- Local test laboratories, Capture The Flag (CTF) environments, and self-hosted vulnerable applications (e.g., DVWA, Juice Shop).
2. Strictly Prohibited Activities
Executing payloads against public domains, infrastructure, or IP ranges without explicit permission.
Attempting resource exhaustion, server crashing, or disrupting availability of production systems.
3. Disclaimer of Liability
TechnoFreaks, its founders, authors, and contributors assume zero liability for any misuse, damage, or legal consequences resulting from the execution of payloads or techniques indexed on this platform. Users bear 100% legal responsibility for their actions.
